We don't sell your photos. Uploads stay on your account so you can re-download a reading you loved, and you can delete everything from your settings at any time.
Most readings finish in roughly 20 to 40 seconds. If something goes wrong on our end, the reading is refunded to your balance automatically — no support ticket required.
